Very enlightened poster, especially for its decade. The kids surrounding Superman seem diverse (I think the little guy by Superman’s side is Asian, and the young man in back and to the right may be Black.) Superman himself is, in a sense, the ultimate undocumented alien, an orphan propelled to earth in a desperate attempt by his doomed parents to save their child. He lived his life in anonymity, pretending to be here legitimately, like so many millions of others before him and after.
